It is equally understandable why the Consolidated B-32 Dominator is the least remembered participant in that great offensive, for the 115 production B-32s delivered to the Army Air Forces amounted to only slightly more than two-tenths of one percent of the 50,750 bombardment aircraft accepted from contractors during the Second World War.
